Environmental CommitmentTrident Extrusion Systems, a manufacturer of extruded plastic profiles, acknowledges that we have a responsibility to be good corporate citizens. We subscribe to the Environmental Management Program of the Vinyl Council of Canada. We pledge ourselves to conduct operations in a manner protective of the environment by:
- Complying with all applicable federal, provincial and municipal regulations;
- Ongoing improvement of the Environmental Management System;
- Prevention of pollution through reducing emissions, waste generation and consumption of natural resources per unit of output;
- Setting environmental objectives and targets with measurable indicators;
- Communicating proactively with stakeholders on environmental issues;
- Communicating this policy to all employees and other interested stakeholders; and
- Using recyclable materials in our manufacturing process, as well as having an internal recycling program.
In doing so, we are continuously improving the performance of our Environmental Management Program system and our operations process.
We are an environmentally conscious organization, and the materials we use are recyclable.
